Recipes: Banana "Pancakes"
1 banana (mashed)
1 egg
cinnamon
vanilla
whey protein powder* (optional)
~Whisk all ingredients together with a fork. Pour onto greased (coconut oil!) hot pan (or griddle) and flip after 1-2 minutes, when little bubbles form on top.
*The first little pancake I made had no protein powder in it, it was great. The second I made had a small amount of the powder in it, still great. I added a bit more and messed up the consistency, so if you're going to add some only add in about 1/2 Tbsp at a time, the mix should still be fairly homogeneous and runny. It's just a way to get in a little added protein, if you wish.
